Excellent Questions

As your business coach I am committed to adding value. This section provides you with the opportunity to create a massive difference for you and your business. Whether it is a conversation with a business partner or team member. A supplier or client. The quality of the answer is determined (more often than not) by the quality of the question.

Here are some excellent questions for you to start experimenting with. The questions in grey represent a closed, non-excellent question. The questions in blue represent your new way, the EQ and recommended way of asking a similar question. Enjoy as you begin to notice the quality of the answer that is given.

These questions are divided into five sections addressing the following areas. Time, People, Finance, Sales and Marketing and Systems. Each week additional Excellent Questions will be added and new areas developed.

This initial section serves as a tool for YOU, the business owner to ask yourself in your business.
